Datapac Ltd. in Cork is seeking a Technical Services Support Engineer to join our onsite team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair IT hardware including laptops, PCs, printers and servers for customer installations and projects.

You will work with the Technical Services team, manage workshop stock, perform HP warranty repairs and firmware upgrades, and provide clear service records and progress updates to customers. Driving responsibilities may be required for on-site visits.

Competenze

Experience in a customer-focused technical support role.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Interest in IT hardware and hands-on repair experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Mansioni

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair IT hardware including laptops, PCs, printers and servers.
Prepare, configure and deploy IT equipment for customer installations and projects.
Manage workshop stock and parts for field service calls.
Carry out HP warranty repairs, routine maintenance and firmware upgrades.
Support technical engineers with onsite repairs and service requests.
Maintain accurate service records and update tickets.
Collaborate with Technical Services to deliver excellent customer service and hit targets.
