Dell Technologies in Cork is seeking an Onsite IT Technician to join the IT Technical Analysis Team. You will be the local hands supporting production operations, handling hardware and software needs and assisting central teams.

You’ll work standard office hours Monday to Friday and build strong working relationships with colleagues across cybersec, network and telecom. Windows, hardware and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Windows knowledge at support level.
• Hardware knowledge for supporting IT.
• MS Office knowledge.
• 3-4 years’ experience in a Support role
• Ability to make and maintain good working relationships with people.

Responsabilités

• Support production and production overtime in terms of hardware and software required.
• Be the local hands for centralized teams such as cybersecurity, network, telecom.
• Work normal office hours Monday - Friday.
