Lincoln Recruitment Specialists is seeking an HR Generalist for an onsite role in North Dublin (Logistics). You will partner with managers to deliver day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the HR Manager – Ireland, you will help ensure compliance with Irish employment law, maintain HR records, support payroll data, and lead employee engagement initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ HR experience with knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Degree in HR Management, Business or CIPD certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, HR systems, and payroll/time‑management software.
• Proactive and adaptable, willing to work across HR areas.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development.
• Handle workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and EU employment legislation and keep HR records.
• Be a trusted point of contact for HR queries across the business.
• Maintain HR systems and employee data; assist payroll-related information.
• Contribute to employee communications and HR projects.
