Job summary

Rhenus Logistics Ireland is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with management across the business, shaping role requirements and talent planning. You will lead recruitment processes, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure fair, compliant practices.

The role collaborates with managers to close gaps in skills, succession, and employee development. You will maintain HR data accuracy, support learning initiatives, and help implement HR policies in alignment with Irish

Qualifications

• Minimum HR experience in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of Irish Employment legislation.
• Experience with HR/payroll/time-management software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create/update job descriptions.
• Initiate and manage job requisitions through Workday.
• Post job openings on internal and external platforms, and source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Assess applicants for role fit, culture, and qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate panel logistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication, feedback, and updates to all applicants.
• Provide interviewers with structured guides and evaluation forms.
