Job summary

Astreya Consultancy Ireland Ltd in Dublin seeks an Associate Field Services Technician I to provide on-site end-user and remote support under supervision. You will handle desktops, laptops, peripherals, and AV equipment, performing basic imaging and deployments.

Responsibilities include ticket management in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira), asset tracking, room readiness, and adhering to SOPs and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• On-site and remote end-user support experience desired.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing platforms.
• Ability to image and deploy devices and manage asset lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage tickets in ITSM tools, prioritize, escalate as needed.
• Assist with workstation deployments, imaging, and device setup.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular audits.
• Support AV equipment and conference room tech.
• Document resolutions and SOP adherence.
