Job summary

PFH Technology Group seeks an ICT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support to our clients in Dublin. You will manage service desk requests, configure user accounts, and assist with rollouts across sites.

The role requires at least one year in IT support, strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, and basic networking. You will work with the networks team and liaise with third-party vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in an IT support environment.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrate good problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise, manage and respond to Service Desk calls in a timely manner logged on the service desk system.
• Troubleshoot and, if required, refer hardware faults to third parties.
• Set up / amend Windows accounts/mailboxes and manage user access.
• Coordinate with networks team and vendors for hardware/software installations.
• Assist with site installations and office moves as required.
