Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions Ltd in Limerick, Ireland, seeks an IT Support Field Technician (Onsite) with 4+ years of experience to join our site technology servicing team. The role covers desktop support, endpoint management, and hands-on IT service delivery at the client site.

You will handle VIP support, asset management, and coordination with backend teams for network/server tasks, while ensuring SLA targets and CSAT goals are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support within a corporate enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and remote access.
• Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Understanding of Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft server technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, DNS/DHCP.
• Self-disciplined and highly motivated.
• Ability to prioritise workload based on SLA’s and user impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support as the point of contact for the site.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptops, and office IT with network/server support.
• Install software on end-user systems and servers when required.
• Onboard new users with assets and tools; assist with offboarding and asset sanitisation.
• Provide executive/VIP support and coordinate with backend teams for remote hand support.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and coordinate with external vendors when engaged.
• Troubleshoot VPN, MS Windows 10, and MS Office 365 issues for end-users.
• Maintain asset stock, SOPs, and runbooks for global team use.
