Job summary

Covalen is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing Irish market team. The role is based in Dublin 4, onsite, on a 6‑month contract, with hours 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday. You will support a financial client, drive sales opportunities, and uphold Covalen values of Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed.

The ideal candidate will multi-task, resolve issues quickly, and maintain excellent attention to detail while delivering on promises under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer facing role.
• Excellent communication in English (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and timely manner.
• Receive inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre and answer various questions.
• Ensure customer records are up to date in accordance with CCMA/CPC regulations.
• Drive sales to achieve targets.
• Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities for Regulated and Non-Regulated products, including cross-selling.
