Job summary

HireWise is seeking an Inventory Coordinator/Insite Support for its customer site in Waterford. The role covers stock replenishment, quotes, and day-to-day site administration. You will work closely with the In-Site Manager to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.

Essentially, you will handle ordering, supplier liaison, and ERP-based inventory control while delivering high levels of customer service on site.

Qualifications

• Full Irish driving licence is essential.
• Good knowledge of MRO and engineering consumables.
• Sales and customer relationship development skills required.
• Strong negotiating and purchasing abilities expected.
• Excellent communication, literacy and numerical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock of fast-moving items at the customer's site.
• Support the In-Site Manager requests and operations.
• Provide accurate quotes from Rubix range of parts/products.
• Resolve day-to-day enquiries and attend site as needed.
• Source parts and collect from local suppliers.
• Process customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Load purchase orders into site systems and expedit e deliveries.
• Create and maintain management reports.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Liaise with Product Category Owners and maintain inventory data in ERP.
