Job summary

Musgrave in Ireland is seeking a Reorder Manager for our Sallynoggin MarketPlace in Dublin. The role is onsite and focuses on maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and coordinating promotions and supplier orders to drive cost efficiencies.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in a management role within wholesale/retail, strong forecasting and supplier management, and proven leadership with excellent numerical and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar management role within a Wholesale or retail environment.
• Experience of forecasting activity and supplier management.
• Excellent numerical ability and a high level of computer skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills and organizational agility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels within KPIs, ensuring 100% must stock and 99% promotion availability.
• Utilise ERP for purchase orders and inventory control.
• Liaise with Trading and Sales to manage range and inventory and reduce waste.
• Forecast promotional activity and organise local site promotions.
• Lead, supervise and support site team to achieve objectives.
