Job summary

Manpower - Ireland in North Dublin is seeking a Stock Control & Inventory Executive to join a busy, client-facing team. The role combines administration with stock control, ensuring accurate inventory and supporting day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in an administrative role, holds a full driving license, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Exposure to stock systems is an advantage in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in an administrative role.
• Full Driving Licence essential.
• Exposure to stock control or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Proactive, reliable and able to work in a busy office environment.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Goods-in processing and stock reconciliation.
• Inventory tracking and stock system updates.
• Stock picking for orders and repairs.
• Purchase order creation.
• Stock forecasting and replenishment.
• Managing damaged stock.
• Supporting stock takes and audits.
• Post and courier coordination.
• Filing, scanning, and document management.
• Ordering office and kitchen supplies.
• Customer payment processing and sales order administration liaison with Finance.
• Supplier and customer communications.
