Job summary

Salesforce in Ireland is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, engage strategic accounts, and build a robust pipeline across multiple industries.

You will collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and introduce prospective customers to Salesforce's cloud solutions. This role demands initiative, strong communication, and a proven track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with the right to work in Ireland.
• Experience in prospecting, account research, and outbound engagement.
• Degree or equivalent experience (including internships, extracurricular leadership, or relevant work experience).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.
• Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
• Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through outbound activity.
• Conduct account research to identify key decision-makers and opportunities.
• Engage prospective customers through cold calling, email, and social outreach.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory strategies.
