Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new opportunities from inbound leads. You will engage customers by phone and email, analyze needs, and profile accounts to generate opportunities for the Account Executives.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years in software sales, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. A fast-paced team environment and clear career progression are offered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion.
• Maintain professional, proactive communication as the first point of contact.
