Job summary

Salesforce in Ireland is hiring a BDR to drive early-stage pipeline for the Salesforce Customer 360 and related platforms. You will generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and engage senior decision-makers via multi-channel outreach, including calls, email, and social selling.

You will partner with Account Executives to shape territory strategy, conduct market research, and uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve. A fast-paced, quota-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.
• Strong relationship-building and the ability to explain value clearly.
• Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
• Proven track record of quota attainment in direct sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling methodologies.
