Job summary

Deel is hiring a Sales Development Representative for Akai Nordics to drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across inbound and outbound channels.

You will craft multi-channel outreach, research potential clients, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert opportunities into qualified meetings while hitting monthly targets in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales development role.
• Passion for AI in the world of work and familiarity with frontier AI models.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of meeting activity and pipeline targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
• Experience in HR tech, fintech, or startups is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients by needs and readiness.
• Create outreach sequences with personalized emails and cold calls.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain lead data in CRM and engagement tools.
• Work with Sales/Marketing to refine lead generation processes.
• Aim to meet monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
