Rippling in Dublin seeks an experienced Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to drive the Nordic market by prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners. You’ll help build a high-velocity pipeline and partner with Account Executives to advance opportunities, shaping early-stage conversations with a winning attitude.

You will become a product expert across Rippling's platform, manage outbound campaigns with Marketing, and keep CRM records accurate.

Formación

• Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience.
• One or more Nordic languages at a native level is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
• Outbound with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects.
• Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
• Qualify and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
