Job summary

Procore is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative to join our Dublin team, focusing on the Nordic Region. You will source opportunities, collaborate with Account Executives, and engage construction professionals through calls, emails, and social outreach.

Requirements include Norwegian and English fluency, 1+ year in a software/SaaS sales role, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Onsite Dublin office with potential equity/bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced software/SaaS or high-volume sales role.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and side projects are a plus.
• Interest in construction, engineering, or property development ecosystems.
• Track record of hitting targets in sales or comparable activities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint in the Nordic Region.
• Partner directly with Account Executives as a strategic pod to map target accounts and plan calls.
• Engage professionals via phone, email, and social channels to understand needs and opportunities.
• Conduct daily high-volume activities: research, outreach, and follow-up to nurture leads.
• Contribute to outbound process improvements and share new campaign ideas.
