Procore Technologies Construction Software Limited is seeking a Dublin-based outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth in the Nordic Region. You will partner with Account Executives, map target accounts, and drive high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent life and career experience.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced software, SaaS, or high-volume customer-facing sales role.
• Willingness to be Dublin-based onsite and work in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint in the Nordic Region.
• Partner directly with Account Executives as a strategic pod to map target accounts and plan call strategies.
• Engage construction professionals through structured phone, email, and social outreach to identify challenges and opportunities to solve them.
• Conduct daily high-volume activities including pre-call research, prospecting runs, and follow-up to nurture long-term leads.
• Maintain accurate lead details, opportunities, and account histories in Salesforce.
