Job summary

Deel is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel top-of-funnel growth across a defined segment. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects through inbound and outbound outreach, educating them on Deel’s solutions, and generating qualified opportunities.

• Experience in a sales development or outbound role.
• Genuine passion for AI in the world of work and frontier models.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across channels.
• Proven track record of meeting activity and pipeline-generation targets.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and readiness.
• Create and execute email campaigns and cold-calling sequences.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs of opportunities.
• Educate and nurture leads to advance them toward a meeting or next step.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and engagement tools.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and teams to refine lead-gen processes.
