Procore Technologies in Dublin is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth in the Nordic Region. You will source high-quality opportunities, partner with Account Executives, and manage outbound engagements to map target accounts.

The role requires resilience, coachability, a team-first mindset, and Dublin onsite availability. Fluent Norwegian and English, plus a degree, help stand out; base pay ranges 40,040 to 55,055 EUR with OTE 57,200 to 78,650 EUR.

Responsabilidades

• Source and create high-quality new business opportunities in the Nordic Region.
• Collaborate 1:1 with Account Executives to plan calls and hit monthly quotas.
• Engage construction professionals via phone, email and social channels.
• Conduct high-volume daily activities and nurture long-term leads.
• Suggest campaign ideas and contribute to training sessions.
• Maintain lead details and account histories in Salesforce.com.
