Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative in Dublin to drive Nordic-region opportunities. You will collaborate with Account Executives, map target accounts, and execute high-volume outreach across phone, email and social channels.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to training and process improvements while maintaining Salesforce lead hygiene. Dublin-based role with generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced software, SaaS, or high-volume sales role.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with side projects or independent work.
• Interest in construction/engineering/property development ecosystems.
• History of hitting targets in sales or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent life and career experience.

Responsibilities

• Fuel growth by sourcing high-quality new business in the Nordic region.
• Partner with Account Executives as a strategic pod to hit monthly quotas.
• Master outbound engagement via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Own daily high-volume prospecting and consistent follow-up.
• Suggest campaign ideas and help optimize outbound processes.
• Maintain lead and account details in Salesforce accurately.
