Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to provide top-notch guest service and handle front desk administration. The role includes check-ins/check-outs, assisting guests, and maintaining a welcoming lobby area.

Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, be available for night shifts, and work five days per week. Great team environment and staff perks available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Available to work night shifts during the week, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work five days per week.

Responsabilités

• Complete duties as requested by the Front Office Manager.
• Perform Front Office Receptionist duties including check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure security checks are completed nightly.
• Maintain the lobby and main hotel entrance appearance.
• Handle room service calls promptly and professionally.
