Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a hotel reception role.
• Warm, friendly personality with genuine guest care.
• Team player and able to use initiative.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Organisational skills are essential.
• High proficiency in computer use.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a great experience.
• Assisting with guest queries, meal and spa bookings, and recommending attractions.
• Ensuring guest billing is accurate and presented for payment upon departure.
• Supporting team members across all areas as Reception is a source of information.
