Job summary

Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a reliable Night Porter to help run overnight operations smoothly. You will welcome late arrivals, assist with early departures, and support night audits while maintaining safety and presenting clean, ready-for-day spaces.

We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and flexible scheduling on a seven-night work pattern. Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service is welcome but not essential; full training provided.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are important.
• Basic computer proficiency and a calm, professional approach are valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arriving guests and assist early morning departures
• Support reception with late-night check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel through regular patrols and checks
• Assist with night audit reporting and maintain accurate records
• Ensure the hotel's operations are prepared for the following day
