City Break Apartments in Dublin is seeking a Night Porter to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and process payments during night shifts. You will answer the phone to standard, relay messages, and help with guest feedback across the property. A 1-year Night Porter track record and English fluency on the phone are essential.
Driving licence is a bonus; familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems is preferable. The role is in-person, with a per-hour rate of €14.15–€16.00.
Ensuring that all guests of City Break Apartments receive a warm welcome on arrival and are served in a courteous, helpful manner. Assisting with smooth check-in, collecting payments and deal with any requests on the night.
Ensuring that City Break Apartments' telephone system is answered to company standards, ensuring that all messages are handled correctly and processed immediately. Dealing with guest feedback where appropriate, recording and sharing information with the relevant departments and ensuring that the guest leaves City Break Apartments as a satisfied customer.
