Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Trim, Co. Meath, Ireland is seeking a Front of House team member for permanent, full-time night shifts (11pm–7am) to deliver warm, authentic hospitality and polished service in a 4-star hotel setting.

Responsibilities include setting up conferences, serving food and beverages, room service during late hours, maintaining cleanliness, assisting the Night Manager, and supporting guest requests. Training and employee benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in hospitality is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent guest service.
• Willingness to work night shifts (11pm–7am).

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference and private dining rooms.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including room service between 11pm–7am.
• Maintain high cleanliness of all public areas and assist the Night Manager with inquiries.
• Assist with Night Audits and nightly security checks of the property.
• Carry out other reasonable requests from Management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up/break down of conference and private dining rooms
• Preparation & service of food and beverage to guests including room service between 11pm - 7am
• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all public areasTo assist the Night Manager in dealing with request and queries from guests
• To assist the Night Manager with Night Audits
• To carry out nightly security checks/fire walks of the property
• Any other reasonable request by Management
• Candidates must have permission to work in Ireland / hold a valid work permit or/any other document required
• Experience required in a similar role in a 4 star Hotel, not essential but desirable
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team
• Possess excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
• Must be available to work night shifts (typically 11pm to 7am) any 4/5 days over a 7 day working week
