The Merrion Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Night Hall Porter to join its five-star team. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage and deliveries, and support guest services through the night shift in a prestigious hotel environment.

Working hours are from 10:45pm to 7:00am, five nights per week, with training and development opportunities and a range of employee benefits. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential for delivering Merrion Moments to guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests to the hotel.
• Assist guests with storage, delivery and collection of luggage.
• Deliver newspapers, correspondence and packages to guest bedrooms.
• Safely dispatch guests' vehicles to and from the hotel car park.
• Provide information to hotel guests as requested.
• Assist guests with information on local attractions and facilities.
• Drinks service, Room Service, laundry collection and housekeeping tasks as needed.

The Role

• Provide information to hotel guests as requested.
• Assist guests with information on tourist attractions and facilities.
• Drinks service, Room Service - food delivery, laundry collection, Housekeeping i.e. moving furniture.
