Job summary

depaul is seeking a Night Deputy Manager for its Cork Services to oversee service delivery and support local management during night hours. This 12-month fixed contract position offers a salary of €51,368.72 per annum with a 35-hour work week on a 4 on-4 off rota.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in homelessness or social care, alongside a case management accredited qualification. Responsibilities include managing the night team's performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in direct access client support or key working role.
• Ability to motivate staff and support volunteers.
• Understanding of managing a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and support multi-site management during night hours.
• Manage staff performance and development through training and supervision.
