Job summary

Depaul in Dublin seeks a Deputy Manager to support two residential projects and floating community services. You will work under the Project Group Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure trauma-informed practices are applied.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a competitive salary, 35-hour week, and opportunities to progress within a values-led charity dedicated to ending homelessness.

Qualifications

• 2 year’s paid experience working in Mental Health Services or in Criminal Justice Sector, desirably in a residential setting.
• Social Studies/Case Management Accredited Qualification
• An understanding of enduring mental health issues and the impact it has on the individual

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of two residential and floating support services.
• Lead staff supervision and performance through probation and supervision
• Oversee health and safety and risk assessments
• Manage staff rota and ensure adequate coverage
