Job summary

Depaul is seeking a Night Deputy Manager, Housing First in Dublin (based in Peters Place, Dublin 2) with an expectation to travel to other services as required. The role is 35 hours per week on a 7-day rota, with shifts from 8pm-6am or 10pm-8am.

Salary is €51,368.72 per annum. You will be part of the Local Management Team, supporting service operation, user support, staff development and health and safety across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in homelessness/social care or direct client support.
• Social Studies / Case Management accreditation.
• Experience with multi-site staff and on-call processes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operation, rota management and payroll.
• Ensure policies and procedures are communicated to teams.
• Support risk and safety assessments and incident handling.
