BMS Performance Ireland is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive new business growth across Munster, including Cork, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary and Kerry. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with contractors and industrial customers to grow equipment hire revenue.

You will access a substantial fleet of plant and tools, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, winning new accounts, and developing a robust sales pipeline to hit hire targets.

Formación

• Proven track record in new business development and field sales.
• Experience in B2B sales with a focus on client acquisition.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan and manage a sales territory and schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and win new business across Munster (Cork, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Kerry).
• Prospect construction, engineering and industrial customers.
• Build relationships with directors, contracts managers and site managers.
• Identify upcoming projects and equipment hire requirements.
• Promote plant, tools and powered access equipment hire solutions.
• Develop relationships with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Work toward agreed hire and revenue targets.
• Manage territory through regular customer visits and follow-up.
