CPL Cork is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Munster region in the construction equipment and plant hire sector. This field-based role focuses on winning new business and expanding relationships with major customers.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will develop strategic plans, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and collaborate with operations to deliver on revenue, margins, and service excellence. A proven track record in technical or construction sales is preferred.

• Proven track record in generating new business and expanding key accounts.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Manage and develop relationships with regional and national customers to maximise revenue.

• Collaborate with Sales Director on pricing strategies and commercial agreements.

• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports.
