Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking Care Advisors in Ireland to support customers in multiple languages as the first point of contact. You will coordinate interdepartmental work, maintain high service levels, and continuously improve processes while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities include handling queries on cover and claims, hospitalisation, and complaints, with strong emphasis on data privacy and efficient communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused role.
• Previous call centre experience would be beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries regarding cover, claims, hospitalisation, complaints.
• Maintain service standards with a 24-hour turnaround for written responses.
• Multi-task daily workload and follow up on cases.
• Develop extensive product knowledge to provide timely, accurate information to clients.
• Coordinate hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations and other cases with the in-house medical team.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and client retention.
• Strengthen data management practices to protect customer information.
• Work in an environment shaped by AI, analytics and cloud tools with data governance.
