Qualifications

• Administrative experience required.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Valid EU work permit to work full time in Ireland.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Process medical claims within the company SLA to ensure timely adjudication.
• Investigate and adjudicate claims with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent client service and accurate reporting.
• Maintain data integrity and comply with data protection standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims quickly and professionally.
• Support AI, data analytics, and cloud-based tools in daily tasks.
