Doddl, Ireland's future-thinking mortgage broker, seeks a Mortgage Advisor to join a busy brokerage serving clients purchasing properties and switching mortgages. In a fast-paced team, you will manage a client portfolio with attention to detail and professional execution.

You will handle mortgage options, application processing, pipeline tracking and liaison with clients and lenders through completion, while maintaining compliant files and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail is a must.
• Good technical knowledge of Mortgages.
• Professional approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Appropriate Industry Qualification.
• Highly self-motivated & ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Advise new clients on mortgage options.
• Process mortgage applications with providers and data entry.
• Track new business pipeline for timely proposals.
• Liaise with clients and lenders through the completion process.
• Ensure client files are complete and compliant.
• Handle administration queries and update the manager on matters.
• Provide admin support for new business and client reviews.
• Maintain CRM and keep pipeline up to date.
• Other duties to grow the business.
• General office administration.
