Job summary

Hibernian Recruitment in Ireland is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing financial planning brokerage launching a new mortgage division across Dublin and Cork. You will manage clients from initial enquiry through to drawdown while helping shape and grow the division.

Reporting to the Head of Mortgages, you will liaise with lenders, underwriters and solicitors, assess affordability, prepare applications and maintain compliant client files.

Qualifications

• Mortgage advisory experience in the Irish market.
• APA Loans as a minimum; QFA is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of lender criteria and compliance requirements.
• Excellent client management and organisational skills.
• A proactive, commercial approach.

Responsibilities
