STRIVE Search partners with a fast-growing Cork mortgage broker to recruit a Mortgage Advisor. You will guide clients from enquiry to loan drawdown, delivering tailored advice and building strong client relationships in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• QFA qualification is essential.
• Experience as Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant in brokerage or banking.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish mortgage market and lender criteria.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients throughout the mortgage journey from initial enquiry through to loan drawdown.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finds to understand financial circumstances and borrowing objectives.
• Provide tailored mortgage advice across a wide range of lending products for FTBs, movers, switchers, investors and self-build.
• Prepare, package and submit mortgage applications with complete, accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates and exceptional service.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers and third parties to progress applications to completion.
