Job summary

360 Search are recruiting a Mortgage Advisor to join their busy Dublin team. You will take ownership of mortgage clients from initial conversation, providing top-quality mortgage advice with access to all lenders in the broker market, supported by Administrators through the mortgage journey from start to finish.

Leads are provided and full training with targets will help you build a strong pipeline. The role offers a competitive salary with strong bonus and commission earnings and good hybrid

Qualifications

• QFA qualification and mortgage advisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the lending process.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.

360 Search are recruiting for a well-established Mortgage and Financial Services Brokerage, one of the largest in Ireland and are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join their busy Team. The successful candidate will take ownership of Mortgage clients from initial conversation, providing top quality mortgage advice with access to all the Lenders in the Broker Market, and with the support of a team of Administrators manage the Clients Mortgage Journey from start to finish. Due to firms reputation in the market, they are busier than ever with new business and referrals, therefore all Mortgage leads will be provided to the successful candidate. Successful candidates will be provided with full training and targets set to allow the individual to build up a pipeline of business.

The Role:

• Uncovering the client's situation and goals and finding the best solution for them financially.
• Accurately assessing the client's financial circumstances, credit history and affordability, in order to find their ideal match.
• Managing related paperwork, such as keeping track of bank statements and lender applications.
• Liaising and negotiating with banks and direct lenders in order to find the best loan for the client's situation.
• Ensuring their activities are in accordance with banking and financial legislation.
• Exceeding financial targets and meeting time targets.
• Maintaining and developing market knowledge and information on all mortgage products and related services.
