Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their growing Dublin team. You’ll support a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to those with more complex financial circumstances, providing tailored mortgage advice throughout the journey.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience, a QFA qualification, and a proven track record of achieving targets. The firm offers a competitive salary with bonus, hybrid working, 25 days’ annual leave and pension

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Broker.
• Excellent knowledge of the Irish mortgage regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to support customers proactively and reactively throughout the mortgage process.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice and recommend suitable mortgage solutions based on clients' circumstances.
• Conduct detailed financial assessments, including income, commitments and affordability.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial preparation and application through to lender engagement and completion.
• Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Ensure applications are accurate, complete and compliant with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
• Develop new mortgage and protection business through referrals and self-generated opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively manage the new business pipeline.
• Work with management to improve and streamline mortgage processes and practices.
