Match Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor in Kimmage to manage client portfolios from consultation to drawdown, advising on mortgage products and building lasting relationships.

The role offers a salary in the €50,000–€65,000 range (DOE) with on-site work in Dublin. Strong communication, client management, and a proven mortgage sales background are essential.

Qualifications

• QFA qualification (or working towards)
• Proven track record in mortgage sales or broking
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage a pipeline independently

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients from first contact through to completion
• Provide clear, compliant advice on mortgage products tailored to each client's circumstances
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, generating repeat and referral business
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to progress applications smoothly
• Keep up to date with mortgage market developments, products, and regulatory requirements
