Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a Mortgage Administrator for a fast-growing Cork brokerage. In this role you will support experienced advisors and help clients move through the mortgage process.

Based onsite in Cork, the position offers a structured path to becoming a Mortgage Advisor, with mentoring, training and support toward APA/QFA qualifications as you develop your knowledge of Irish lending regulations and panel of lenders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Processor.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish mortgage application process.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple mortgage applications simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A genuine ambition to progress into a Mortgage Advisor position.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from initial submission through to drawdown
• Liaise with clients to obtain outstanding documentation and keep applications progressing
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders
• Review loan offers and ensure all lending conditions are satisfied
• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, valuers and third parties throughout the mortgage process
• Keep clients informed with regular updates on their applications
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
• Provide administrative support to Mortgage Advisors while developing the knowledge and experience required to progress into an advisory role
