Job summary

STRIVE Search in Dublin is seeking an experienced mortgage advisor to assess clients' financial situations, advise on mortgage products, and guide them through the mortgage journey with a focus on exceptional outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, strong client-facing and sales capabilities, and the ability to excel in a hybrid working environment with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing mortgage advisory experience.
• Mortgage brokerage experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, lending criteria and products.
• Proven experience in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in a high-volume mortgage brokerage.
• Track record of achieving sales/ performance targets.
• Financial services qualifications such as APA Loans or Regulations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Central Bank requirements and mortgage regulations.
• Proactive and commercially driven with focus on client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing mortgage advisory role.
