Biograph Wealth Advisors in Dublin is seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. You will process mortgage applications, liaise with clients, lenders and solicitors, and maintain client information across CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• QFA qualified or part-qualified (preferable).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage applications efficiently and ensure documentation meets Central Bank of Ireland regulations and lender criteria.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and solicitors to support a seamless mortgage journey.
• Input and maintain up-to-date client information across CRM systems and mortgage platforms.
• Proactively track application progress and provide regular updates to clients and the advisor.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and assist the company in meeting regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
