Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Corporate Receptionist (Mobile) to join our Rapport Network Team in Dublin. This role involves moving between client sites across Dublin, providing front-of-house support with a strong emphasis on service quality and guest experience.

You will work a 40-hour week on a shift rota (7 AM–9 PM) across Monday to Friday, with full training provided and mobility across locations as required. Competitive salary: €37,962 per annum.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Clear spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Support multiple front-of-house functions across the business, including reception, switchboard, concierge, floor coordination, lobby hosting and helpdesk.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain a seamless, adaptable attitude and respond to ad hoc duties, shift changes or location moves.
• Respond proactively to guest needs with warmth and professionalism, ensuring requests are handled promptly.
• Manage internal and external calls with confidence and a focus on service quality.
