Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is inviting applications for a Part‑Time Mobile Receptionist to support our client across central Dublin offices. The role involves moving between sites, representing the client and Rapport in front‑of‑house settings.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering polished, guest‑focused service in a corporate environment, with friendly, professional interactions, adaptability and the ability to manage reception across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intuitive, high-quality service ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly and aligned with the client’s hospitality standards.
• Host lobby areas across multiple sites by covering team lunch breaks, supporting up to three locations per day and keeping each space calm, organised and guest ready.
• Assist with light facilities coordination including reporting issues, supporting Building Management operations and helping maintain an efficient workplace.
• Serve as the main front of house contact on the Ground Floor, overseeing reception activity and creating a polished, welcoming presence for all visitors.
• Support daily building activity by assisting high profile occupiers, guiding visitors and helping maintain a smooth flow throughout the workplace.
