Job summary

You will deliver telephone-based support to members on general insurance underwriting, respond to member requests, resolve disputes efficiently and effectively, and provide exceptional

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience supporting military community preferred (military or family experience).
• Third Level Qualification (minimum Level 6).
• APA qualification or willingness to start within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and guidance to members via phone.
• Find solutions to complex issues and ensure a positive member experience.
• Collaborate with a team of Insurance Professionals dedicated to fulfilling the same mission.
• Deliver telephone-based support to members on aspects of general insurance underwriting.
• Respond to member requests, resolve disputes effectively.
• Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
• Build relationships with members to identify needs and suggest appropriate USAA insurance products.
• Achieve sales and service targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
