Allianz Ireland is hiring a Customer Sales and Service Representative in Dublin. You will support personal lines customers with care, provide quotes, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

The role offers extensive insurance training, regular coaching, and a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on customer excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A third level degree or leaving certificate OR a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
• 6–12 months experience in an insurance/financial services environment.
• Completed an APA, CIP or relevant insurance qualification to meet minimum competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with quotes and convert new business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and convert cross-sell and multi-cover opportunities.
• Achieve sales, service and customer satisfaction targets as agreed with your manager.
• Process policy adjustments as requested by customers with accurate records.
• Demonstrate Allianz People Attributes: Customer and Market Excellence, Collaborative Leadership, Trust and Entrepreneurship.
• Look for ways to improve quality and efficiency within the team and share ideas.
• Adhere to company quality guidelines and underwriting standards.
• Comply with Financial Regulator’s Minimum Competency Code and Consumer Protection Code.
