Job summary

Allianz Ireland in Dublin 4 offers a hybrid role as a Customer Sales and Service Representative for Allianz Direct. You will support personal lines customers with care, provide quotes, and promote cross-sell opportunities while aiming to meet sales, retention and service targets.

Qualifications

• A third level degree or leaving certificate OR a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a sales or customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with quotes and convert new business opportunities
• Proactively identify and convert cross-sell and multi-cover opportunities
• Achieve sales, service and customer satisfaction targets, as agreed with your manager
• Process policy adjustments as requested by our customers, and ensure records are kept accurate and up to date
