Job summary

Vhi is seeking a permanent, full-time Commercial Product Specialist based in Abbey Street, Dublin. You will act as the internal subject matter expert across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Digital, Technology, Risk, Compliance and external partners to ensure our insurance proposition remains competitive and delivers strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the performance, development or delivery of financial services, insurance or consumer products.
• Ability to analyse performance data and identify trends.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver outcomes.
• Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate alignment to Vhi values.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert for assigned products, understanding customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and commercial performance.
• Deliver the product development roadmap, coordinating resources and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver growth and product enhancements.
• Manage relationships with external partners and key internal stakeholders.
• Lead on critical customer or product issues and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Produce market and competitor analysis to support decision making.
• Understand customer pain points and drive solutions with Voice of the Customer.
• Manage product and pricing review to stay competitive and deliver value.
• Ensure products are compliant and meet market needs.
