Job summary

FBD Holdings PLC is seeking an experienced Claims Handler for a 12-month contract to efficiently settle motor claims within authority limits and service standards. You will manage the end-to-end process, liaise with loss adjusters and solicitors, and ensure data protection compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role supports a hybrid working model with three days from home and two days in the Dublin office, contributing to a customer-centric claims team.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience handling motor damage claims.
• Qualified CIP in General Insurance and industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data capture.

Responsibilities

• Deal with policy indemnity and liability to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain prudent claims reserves.
• Authorise claims payments within authority levels and process timelines.
• Provide technical advice to customers, loss adjusters and solicitors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: CPC, CICA and Data Protection.
